SENEKS helps families compare senior-living options. Directory records and community-provided details may be incomplete or outdated. Confirm licensing status, services, costs, availability, and suitability directly with the community. Care Match is a starting point, not a diagnosis or guarantee. A tour or call is confirmed only when the connected booking service or authorized community confirms it.

Free consumer access and community accounts

All product features are available on the free tier for now. Community managers must have authority for each claimed facility, and usage limits still apply. Existing paid subscriptions continue under their billing terms unless canceled; free feature access does not automatically cancel or pause them. Recorded payers can review payments and manage cancellation in Billing. Pro membership does not establish clinical quality, licensing approval, or government endorsement. Submit only content you have permission to use, and do not post private documents or inaccurate information.

Google Maps content

Maps and review excerpts are provided through Google Maps Platform where enabled. The available review selection is limited and does not represent the entire review history. Source links, authors and dates appear alongside that content. Use is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Do not remove required attributions or redistribute third-party content without permission.
